KWA was appointed to design and secure planning permission for demolishing existing run-down offices and laboratories and replacing them with a single contemporary building delivering modern office and laboratory spaces suitable for the industrial work taking place on site as well as significant aesthetic and functional improvement to the site as a whole.
The scheme secured planning permission in March 2016 and work is expected to start on site by 2017.
