Keith Warth Dip Arch RIBA
Practice Principal
Keith qualified as a chartered architect in 1982. Having set up the practice in 1996, he initially concentrated on equine facilities resulting in projects over most of the UK from Northumberland to Gloucestershire and Kent to Cheshire. As well as UK projects, Keith has worked on projects in France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iran. Keith is also an eminent author in the field of Equine Architecture. His latest book to be published is a text book entitled ‘Design Handbook for Stables and Equestrian buildings’.

Meghan Bonner BA(Hons) MSc MRTPI
Director of Planning
Meghan is a chartered town planner who graduated from the University of Birmingham and undertook her Masters Degree at UCL. Meghan joined KWA in 2008 as the Planning Consultant and has a wealth of experience in advising on, submitting and managing planning applications in a variety of sectors. Meghan has also worked on Listed Building Consents, Appeals, Local Plan Representations and EIA matters and has advised a Local Authority on equine planning matters.

Dan Page
Associate
Dan joined the practice in 2003 and has delivered a range of domestic and commercial projects from design stage to completion with build values in excess of £7m. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Dan specialises in the design detailing, specification and contract administration of projects on site. Dan is also fully conversant with UK Building Regulations and aware of duties under The Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM 2015).

Lynda
Secretary
Lynda has been involved with KWA since its inception. With a background in international commercial contracts, her role includes HR and accounts as well as general Administration duties.

David Daplyn BA(Hons) Dip Arch MA ARB
Associate Senior Architect
David is a fully qualified ARB registered architect who graduated from the Oxford School of Architecture and UCL. Joining the practice in 2020 David brings over 10 years of wide-ranging industry experience from projects across the UK and the world. David brings his personal experience as an equestrian hobbyist to the role and since joining KWA, he has worked on several large projects including stud farms & racing yards, as well as commercial and residential projects.
